Good Day altquark,

 

Since Continental bunches multiple units into one manual, I can’t be certain which size dividers you need. To make sure you get the right parts, check your data tag located on the inside of the unit.

According to the manual, the interior depth of your unit is 19 3/8″, and the width is 56″.

That leads me to believe you need this part.

As far as the trays, if I am understanding you to mean the little pans you put food in, those are standard 1/6 size pans, 4″ deep.

 

I would still recommend calling Continental toll-free at 1-800-523-7138, and provide them with the information on your data tag to make sure the part I linked above is the correct part.
