Master-bilt doesn’t make smokers.  They make commercial foodservice refrigeration equipment.

NOW…since I too use a smoker, I recommend being sure the water pan stays full and the air ventilation dampener adjustments are sufficiently opened so you get a light and airy flow of bluish smoke escaping.  If the smoke is lazy, thick and gray, then you’re not getting enough air in there.  PLUS…without sufficient airflow, the temperature can creep up.
