It is possible to be the timer, but you need to check the booster heater to be at correct temperature first. Or that the thermostat is functioning right.  The sixth timer switch locks the machine into run until the booster temp is correct.  Then allows the machine to rinse at the correct temperature and the timer to finish the cycle..

I should clarify my answer.  This machine has a safe water temp circuit to insure sanitation.  If it is brand new, the booster tank limit has a safety that is not connected till after it is installed and full of water to protect the heating elements. It can be found behind the bottom front panel at the reset button on the water tank.  Blue wire.

The incoming water to the machine Has to be above 140 and more than 24 psi. Regulator has to be adjusted to 18 to 20 lbs.   Any deviation from these settings may cause the machine to lock in wash for a period due to flow being faster or colder than it can raise the water to a safe temp..  Booster water temp. has to be 180 or higher to activate the sanitation safety. But not so high that it trips the high limit.  Make sure to check the house water temp.  Owners tend to think by dropping it to 125 they will save money.
