    Not sure what you’re asking.  That price is what Hobart charges.  Any other parts suppliers selling that part will generally charge much MORE.

    The bottom cover?  Yes, sounds like you need one.

    That is a membrane control to a power board. Are you certain your problem isn’t in the board or motor or gauge safety?  Or did the membrane cover get damaged?

    Many times the membrane is fine but the control panel behind it is dirty or worn that the contacts no longer engage, replacing the board is the only answer.

    That being said, Hobart parts are a pain namely because of the price. I would never buy  Hobart equipment when given an alternative because of that.

    My guess is the switch got damaged in whatever episode which had broken the the bottom cover (like dropping it).
