I’ve replaced all the components and even most of the wiring, which was all brittle and burnt. It still sends a spark after its already lit.

A model number SURE WOULD be helpful in order pinpoint what type of burner ignition system you’re asking about.

However, as a general test in such a problem as yours…and since you’ve already replaced MOST of the parts, I recommend checking the gas pressure.  If there’s a gas pressure or volume issue, then the demand for gas by the main burner may be starving the pilot of the gas it needs to maintain a strong enough flame to satisfy whatever flame proof system that oven uses.

    Thank you very much.

In your vast quest of parts changing, did you change out the flame sensor?
