Typically for these older models, you’re more likely to find gaskets in particular than any other part, so that’s a good start.

The Portafilter (also called Portafiltro in the Italian manual) is part number 98005024. Nuova Simonelli USA 98005024 TILTED PORTAFILTER COMPLETE W/ | Parts Town 

 

It appears to still be in use across multiple models, so you may run across some documentation with that number. I was going to measure it for you, however, we do not have one in stock for me to inspect.

 

I checked the web using the part number and some non-manufacturer documentation suggests it is 7mm. However, don’t take that as an absolute.
