I just changed the two relays due to an error code. Now the lower platen show low temp. Should i change the relay again (it is possible i used an old relay)  or is this indicative of another problem?

Check for output on the relay 1 NO terminal (Tan Wire),  De-power and pull tan wire.  Check for continuity from tan wire to terminal 2.    If the normally open terminal on the relay does not have power, check the armature coil for power at the relay plus and minus.   Check the thermistor on the terminal block 4 and 6.

If it does have power at  the NO terminal, Check the high limit for continuity,  check the heating element for continuity. If either is open, you have found your problem.  Replace.

Replacements without knowing the problem can be a double cost and work.
