problem with manitowoc ice machine, after power up no control, model 1y1804a3-236
cannot shut machine down or look thru system, not able to scroll on screen to machine will go into freeze cycle but not harvest, cannot go to manual harvest.

It sounds like your machine has been locked. If a lease machine, they are capable of remote locking. Usually payment. If owned, someone may have locked the keyboard from non authorized change.
What accessories are installed on this machine? Like a auto cleaning function? Or Lumienice?
First action would be to secure the power till all the ice melts off the evaporator. Then re-power and turn on the machine.
