As far as the skewer, I’m still looking. It appears though that Crown Verity only sells it as part of the assembly, motor included. I will keep checking

Unfortunately they only sell them as a set with 5 forks and the motor in a kit for the MCB60.  I have a customer with several of these base units. No covers or wind screens.

 

The kit is a RT60
