     Being a cold well that is serviceable BUT it will require welding/pop rivets and insulation replacement. In my experience the labor is so intensive that after you quote them the labor and parts they usually say no. As a good practice I inform the customer how extensive the costs are before you get too deep into it.

    Nope, you have to replace the whole cold well, all three. Unless you can accually find a leak on the tubing to them. Cost, availability (0)  and labor means they need to by a new one. Sorry, we can’t win them all..
