Check page 13 to learn about cleaning and sanitizing the machine.

According to the manual, you will need these items:

3 of Follett’s SafeCLEAN ice cleaner: Follett 00926030 SAFECLEAN, SINGLE PK | Parts Town  Nu-Calgon IMS-II sanitizing concentrate: Follett 00979674 SANITIZER, IMS-II | Parts Town  A funnel A bucket

 

 

I forgot to mention: it is important that you clean AND sanitize the machine. They are two separate processes as shown in the manual. Don’t skip sanitizing.
