    Working on a f22 ready light won’t come on have to hold in start for cycle to start but only runs 2 minutes

    This is indicative of two different problems. About the light; if the temperatures are ok than it is just a light bulb that needs to be changed (20042). If the temperatures are low, it could be either the thermostat (rinse or wash) or one of the contactors.

    About the start of the cycle. Sound like the door switch needs to be changed,(20658)

    In both cases some troubleshooting is required for more accurate diagnostic.

    Hey Mike,

    According to the manufacturer you will need to make sure that the incoming water is at 140 degrees Fahrenheit to respect the timing of heating the water because the machine will work if the temperature is below that point but will take longer to heat up and that may be why the ready light isn’t coming on or there is something wrong with the electrical side of the process so you will need to check the heating circuit to make sure everything works as it should.
