gas value problem

I Am assuming its a gas valve and not value.

 

is there voltage going to it? What does “properly” mean? Not enough gas, too much, makes a sound?

 

Grill, griddle, oven, combi oven, range, deep fryer? What is it.

 

Gas readings, specs, model, brand, anything?
