I cant get my cafe mcu to work. It doesnt seem to accept water or heat it.

Is the power switch on in the back?

Have you tried a factory reset?

Do you have any trouble codes?

Do you have it plumbed , or are you trying to use it as a pour over?

 

Oh wait, I was thinking of the My Cafe MCR. forgot they started to make a home version. Haven’t seen one of those yet.

Typically we only work on commercial equipment, however, since you are here, I’ll try to help.

I found the manual here:

On page 3 of the manual (5 on PDF) it says you must place any empty drawer into the drawer guides, and push and lock into place. The brewer will not operate otherwise. 

When you plug it in, does the button flash red?
