can the plastic piece on the hinge be swapped to make the hinge right hand or left handed? Thanks Chad (Dallas Plano Marriott- engineer)

TO REVERSE REMOVE CAP ON TOP AND PUSH OUT CAM, REPLACE CAM
ON OTHER SIDE OF STRAP AND REPLACE CAP.
