Since you don’t have a data sticker to provide a model and serial number, you might try calling Duke with your store number. I can’t speak for them, but I’m thinking that they should have your information on file since their equipment is common to most Burger Kings and they might be able to do a reverse search for what you have based upon your warranty registration with them.

From that, they might even email you a manUAL.
