    Hello,

So, you replaced the pressure regulator, but not the gauge which isn’t working?

Does the line also have a shock absorber to prevent hydraulic shock? Possibly some damage from that otherwise?

Do you see any pressure during initial fill?  Probably not, since the FILL and RINSE cycles both just operate just ONE key component – the FILL solenoid valve.

If the machine is filling adequately (up to the holes in the strainer basket), then the fill valve is obviously working.  And…so is your regulator.

So…I’d say you have a bad pressure gauge.

Of course, after you replace the pressure gauge, it’s important that you set your new pressure regulator to

    20 (±5) psi.

The pressure regulator our GUEST mentioned…and the pressure gauge that’s located downstream of it – are both internal parts of the dish machine.

You may also want to check your rinse arms.  Loose bearings/seals and missing spray nozzle’s drop the resistance/back-pressure.

You should also verify that the rinse soleniod is activating during rinse. Could be the timer micro for rinse is not functioning.  Do you see pressure on fill? The gauge only registers during water in function.
