    need info on an older sthenand hold unir

    fixbear is right, we simply do not have enough information to assist you.

    You need info: but what is the issue you need solved?

    If we have a clearer picture of your issue, we may be able to answer more general questions.

     

    It’s an older Steam N Hold. According to AccuTemp, there should be a data plate on the left side of the unit, was it ripped off or otherwise removed that you can see?

    The problem is it runs for a couple of minuets the goes in to low water mode and the cabinet is full of water

    I pulled this snippet from an AccuTemp Steam N Hold manual, it does address the very same issue. If the steamer displays low water and is still full, it is possible the sensors need cleaning or are faulty.

     

    Otherwise, the best advice I can offer is to speak with AccuTemp or a licensed service professional in your area.
