I need a service manual for a Brema CB 640

Sorry to hear that you have a Brema.  They are primarily a European used ice machine made in Italy.  The presence in the US is very new and as yet they do not provide service manuals that I can find.  The fact that they still use timers for control is quite old technology,  But I can’t seem to find timing settings.  If you are a service tech with a EPA license,  You may want to contact Their North American office and see if they will give you access to there manuals.

 

Perhaps one of our other members may have had some experience with this machine..  .
