No need to engage in that, since eyes, ears, touch and knowledge of operational sequence aren’t skills I can employ through a computer screen. Instead, here’s some stuff to read to help you understand what might be causing your problem:

This the actual service manual. There is a troubleshooting tree to follow in order to diagnose your problem.

First off clean the machine. A mineral build up on the evaporator will cause this. also check the evaporator plates. Sometimes the divider plates lift off the evaporator and the ice makes a lock behind them from freezing expansion. They can be pushed back down with a lite application of a soft mallet or tapping with a lite tapping of screw diver handle. Also check the harvest assist motor pin. If the ice is not fully formed it will punch thru the sheet and not harvest. Again it is caused by not having a clean evaporator.
