So the taking out part should not be a big deal. Is it screw in or push in? If it’s screw in make sure you get all the screws. Don’t miss any, it will just frustrate you later. If it’s push in go slow and make sure you don’t yank. Clean out the channel so it sits flush and there is no air gap and when you install the new gasket. Remember to let it sit for a few hours if it was packaged tightly or it will have creases and folds that will make it harder to install. Finally place it over the door and push in two spots on opposite side and make sure it doesn’t bunch up or it will feel like the gasket isn’t the correct size. Check for air gaps after you install.
