    Have you tried Merco?  Owned by Welbilt used to be Merco Savory and was part of the Lincoln operation in Fort Wayne IN.  I believe Frymaster now supports the Merco line.

    Yea that is what I thought, but he insists that it MELCO….. I gave up arguing with him and sold him a whole new machine

    Probably a smart choice.  If it had a water tank you can bet it would have been a lot of corrosion and build up.  Let alone fan life.

    I remember seeing the Merco name,  but I don’t remember what it was. Earliy to Mid nineties. In a bar/tavern serving section. I almost think it was a roll around steam table or hotel pan steamer.  I know it is a trademark of Mishubish industries from 1996.  Maybe they tried food service and didn’t make enough profit.

    Not 100%sure but it is most likely Melcheaur Armstrong Co. old stuff
