I have a Star SPDE2ARBL model cheese machine that is not heating. When I turn it on I am getting a blinking 0F alternating with the current temperature. Not sure where to look up the error codes

This machine has a very simple heating circuit. Power from the main board to a temp controller with thermo sensor and a heating coil protected by a high limit.  Star by ohming out the thermister,  checking for input voltage to the temp controller, terminals 4 and 7should be line voltage.   And if the heating coil or high limit are open.
