Cleveland makes tilt skillets, braising pans, kettles, cook/chill systems, steamers and…at one time – combi-ovens.  H-U-N-D-R-E-D-S of different models within their repertoire of produced appliances.

Even to assume you’re inquiring about a technically advance appliance such as a combi-oven, there’s a boat-load of different models and various levels of technology built into them.  One is not the same as another.  The model number is essentially a “code” for identifying what exactly it is.  A serial number will identify when it was made.

So…as olivero asked – what unit?  Please at least provide us a model and serial number.
