    Calibration issues with Convotherm

    Hi there, we recently purchased a use Convotherm 20.20. All seems to be in order but we are having issues with getting past the calibration step. It simply keeps cycling to the next position and we are stuck in the loop. Does anyone have ideas as to how to address this or override it?
