  CAS CL5500 Not printing

  I have a CL5500 That doesn’t print. Wont do the checkerboard test. I have a working unit that generated the test on the left.

  ****Got it working again, thermal printhead needed to be removed & cleaned, and also unplugged the head, cleaned the connection & replugged it.
