Part of that conversion is straight forward, Regulator spring and seat, Pilot orifice, Burner orifices, and setting the gas pressure and pilot flame. But with the Pitco’s, you also have to change the burners and heat shields due to the 3 different burner heads for different gases. I believe you have to pull out the rear burner face plate to replace the shields. But hey, not for the light hearted.
