    Hi, Is there a anyway to reset the machine to factory settings, its menu is locked and is asking for a 4 number pin code which is not available due it being brought from a auction site. The oven has come from a BP wild bean site.

    I recommend you contact Convotherm and explain the situation. You may have to buy a USB with a software update.
