i have a model GDM-10 just got it a week ago will not cycle on to cool running other then that

If it’s that new, it should be under warranty then.  There are a number of possible problems that can prevent it from cooling.  If you’re confident that it’s installed per the INSTALLATION MANUAL (http://download.partstown.com/is-bin/intershop.static/WFS/Reedy-PartsTown-Site/-/en_US/manuals/TRUE-GDM_iom.pdf), then I suggest calling True Food Service Equipment at (800)-325-6152.  They can recommend a warranty service provider.
