Hi: I recently purchased, (2nd hand), a Wyott hot dog cooker, Model No: DR-1A. It came with a DHH Comark temperature gauge. I am unable to find how it fits on the machine.

That $13 thermometer is merely an accessory the previous owner added to it.
Just set the thing in the bottom. When it’s above 140°, all is good.
