500 series machine
That technician came to do a tune up to the machine and also replaced some parts. He mentioned that one of the agitator weren’t working properly, so we have purchased a new agitator for our 500 series saniserv machine but it isn’t spinning the product inside the hopper at on one side but the other side is working correctly. Soes anyone knows why?

You should call that tech back to look at it. The agitator motor may be bad, lost power somehow or is out of position to achieve proper magnetic coupling with the agitator.

slide the agitator around till it engages the magnet. Might not be centered.or has a different placement of magnets from the original.
Was Sanilube applied to the bottom?
