my robot coupe R4N shreds fresh herbs into a stringy mess with the S blade. Do you know what blade I should be using to solve this problem?

Robot coupe’s are primarily a slicing and grating machine.  I’ve never seen anyone use them for mincing herbs.  So this makes me want to know how many herbs you are prepping and how long you plan on keeping them after chopping. Herbs are notorious for oxidizing if cut with a dull knife or to early. You can try a grating disc,  But blenders with a bit of liquid do a better job.  I still like a sharp chef knife.

After thinking on this for a bit,  They do have a dicing set that consist of a plate, blade and screen to size.  This is were it can be found:http://www.partstown.com/robot_coupe/rob28110?pt-manual=ROB-R4N_spm.pdf

Never seenone, but would like to know how it works out for you.
