Error Codes E2 and E3
Could you please explain these two codes a little clearer?
I watched the youtube video for cleaning and sanitizing my Indigo NXT ice machines (2) I was very careful. The first machine works perfectly fine. The second machine now shuts down and shows these two codes (e2 and e3) what am I doing wrong? -

Indigo next generation, but what model number.
The E2 error is just a log file that the machine has had 3 long harvest cycles in a row. Usually a proper cleaning with Manitowoc ice machine cleaner will solve this. Providing the room temp is correct and the water is within spec. However, many models have a harvest assist. Most are either a air compressor adding air under the ice sheet or a mechanical pin system.
The E3 code is that the machine lost power during the freeze cycle.
