Ok, I’m assuming you mean the water probe light is illuminated all the time.

Is the trough full of water?

Is the bin light illuminated also?

Left bin on  during whole process, water flushes out then fills up compressor turns on and after 30sec it turns off completely all lights turn off aswell. 30-40 seconds after commences again the same process.

From what you describe where it runs for 30 seconds and turns off, it may be the high pressure safety switch is tripping, then after 30-40 seconds it resets, and then the machine runs and trips again.

The machine is water cooler and will have two different water inlets in the back, one for the water the machine uses to make ice, and another for the refrigeration condenser, it will also have two drains in the back, plus the drain on the bin.

If the machine is not getting adequate water flow for the condenser, it will trip on that high pressure safety. You should check and make sure there isn’t a plugged water filter or a shutoff valve that may have been accidentally turned off.

Also, when the water flushes out and the trough goes empty, the water probe light should go out  if it doesn’t, the water probe needs to be cleaned or possibly replaced.

If you aren’t able to find anything on your own, you will probably have to call a service company to see what is making the machine shut down.
