Ok, so they make steel-decked baking ovens, looks like a pizza deck oven, with a higher door size, to accomodate things like tall breads or cakes etc. It has a steel deck, no stones. The key is that larger door, I’m guessing about 16 inches high.

On the other hand, pizza ovens have no steel beneath the stones, instead they have a series of flame deflectors. And the doors are signifigantly shorter, maybe like 10 inches. Pizza ovens will have a 650-degree thermostat generally.
