hand shower
we have a convotherm(ogs 10.20) the hand shower is dripping(clesc22160801) i don’t want to replace the whole thing($320) i just need to replace the plunger washer, can anyone help, does anyone know the size of that washer or a part number?

I think you are going to have to take it apart and see. It’s not going to be something easy to find, the unit is made in Germany and they source parts from around the factory from the looks of it.
I’ve never had this problem on a Convotherm unit but i’ve fixed a lot of other push button type sprayers by replacing the spring that’s supposed to push the seal in place, a lot of times that’s all that’s needed.
