Help on Vulcan Hart
temp control not working for vulcan hart 36 RRG Flat Top, replaced with new one and it is cycling on and off, not working any ideas?

Lot’s of idea’s. Why did you replace the controller? Did you do any testing before replacing it? I suspect that you have a 10 second cycle going on. That means you probably have a bad RTD. Also be sure that when you replaced the controller the polarity of the RTD was installed correctly. Be aware that the mounting of this sensor into the plate requires a heat sink compound during the install. Follow this in the service manual here;

Seems this i Electric.
Could be a lot of things,
First thing to check would be if your temp control is getting power, did it come with a new probe?
Is it a capillary style thermostat or an electronic one?
Could also be a high limit, a melted wire, a broken wire, a loose connection, a bad power cord, dead short somewhere.
Lots of options, need more info.
