    Hi,

    I have a customer in need of Help with a Popeyes Prince Castle Fryer/Warmer I believe. 

    I am working on a Model # but only have pictures in the meantime.

    They need the relays for this unit along with 10 & 12 Guage Thermowire.

    Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Got Model # of HPC-2A/2AF

    I found the Relay but still looking for any type of 10 Guage / 12 Guage Thermowire.

    Beef, that doesn’t look like high temp wire, Perhaps a MTW.  High temp will always have a 2 layer insulation whether a TFE, Mica, or ceramic. But the big difference is the silver coating on the strands to prevent oxidation of the copper.  Go here to see a easy wire spec.  Mil spec is also a possibility for a good wire.  I’ve never worked on one of Prince Castle warmers. How hot does it get behind the IR plates.  They have viynal insulation today good to 220F

    Check your wires for a identifier class like THHN or MTW. Or even a metric class like HAR-H07V. That way you’ll know what they are.  All wires have to be marked every foot.
