Can you please give more detail? Like where is the water dripping from, is it constant or during certain parts of the ice making sequence?

This is a flaker style dispenser machine. If you water is inside to upper chassis: Is the drain hose fully over the sump? Is the float valve working correctly? Is the insulation fully intact and correctly installed?
If your water is coming from the dispenser; is the drain system, clear.

I forgot to mention the lower seal on the evaporator. Right above the gearbox for the scraper/auger. If that’s leaking, you have a major problem to fix. Don’t wait, as it will eventually get water into the gearbox and damage the bearings.

This could also mean there might be an insulation issue causing the auger to sweat excessively, also on these machines where the auger sits the seal sometimes breaks and needs to be resealed. a bit pricy
