Hobart 2812 wont stay on
I basically have replaced almost every piece on a used Hobart 2812 I picked up at an auction. Finally got it up and running except… It wont stay on unless i hold the power switch in the on position. This occurs with the new switch and the old one as well. Ive replaced both the relay boards , and I cant seem to figure out what it could be.

What you see happening is by design as a safety feature. You must set the gauge plate to something other than zero for the slicer to continue running.
