Second, tell us what you see, and hear from the machine. As well as what you do to start it. It has a lot of interlocks and sequences to go through before it will start. Like after it fills, the pump should run for a short time. Then the display temp should flash as it heats up before you can open the door and start a wash.

Does the pump do the short test run after fill? If not, then you may have a door switch problem.
