what kind of ice machine and what does the screen say?

being you say it has a screen with a lot of information, I suspect you may have a Manitowoc cuber. What is it doing and not doing? Did you put it back in ice mode? Did you clean it before sanitizing? And did you disturb any sensors?

Try unplugging it for ten minutes and plug back in

if it is a Manitowoc i would try to run the clean cycle one more time and set it to make ice after done. it my just be super dirty and need another clean. i had a issue close to this about a month ago.
