First, does it have swing doors or sliding doors?

You have to start by having a flat surface to lay the door on. Remove the door gasket. Now you can remove the 16 screws that hold the door overlay on. Then you can remove the 3 screws that hold the hinges to the door overlay. You can now separate the overlay from the door frame and get to the handle and lock. Make sure you place the lock in the right position during reassembly. It will go in 2 ways but only one will work.
