Got a southbend range 4601DD-3GR with 4 top burner non clog 1177111 burner, #52 orifice size and 1190553 and 1190554 grade. My question is it is good like mix or the burne and grade could need different siz of orifice beacaus actually not able to adjust air/gas mix. I do some test and been able to adjust this burner at #59 size. I’m with propane gas.

You should stick to the orifice that the factory intended this unit to be used with. Changing the orifice will end up effecting the performance of the unit. You may get a better looking flame but byproducts will not burn off according to how the engineers intended them to. You will start seeing heating issues and soot build up eventually clogging the no clog burners.
I believe that unit uses a #55 orifice for the top burners running on LP. Have you made sure your gas pressure is set to what the factory recommends?
