Sounds like you may have an obstruction somewhere in the gas line. Or your pressure could be off. is there any soot by the burners? lint on orifices? what is the gas pressure?

Remove and clean the burners. Sounds like it’s having a late ignition and burning outside the burner carburetor.

My propane pressure is 10.5
I took out the single burner and cleaned it, but it has mesh so I used an air hose I replaced the gas valve orifice and the entire gas line with the regulator the only thing left is the burner but it is very expensive 13-1500.

Did you clean the nozzle and especially the port to the ignition point? When it is burning correctly, is the air adjustment and flame profile correct?
Stamped aluminum burner or cast?
Pilot, HI or spark ignition?
How about a model number so I know what you have.
