Pitco fryer auto filter issues
Unit will begin auto filter process and drain, after draining it will say clear drain, drain is clear of any possible blockage…drain valve actuators have been replaced. Switches have been checked and all pan in and pan empty switches tested good. Had anybody had this issue or a similar issue?

Is the drain valve closing all the way?

Check the actuator for the drain valve pitcos have a issue where you will tell it to close but will start shut and open back up. When it go to close it watch and see if it closes all the way. Because most cases it’s the actuator or the control.
