    Pitco SSHLV14 Commlink Failure

    Received a call this afternoon from a Darden account, they have a triple bank of Pitco SSHLV14 with automated filtering, K12 Modbus computer, auto 24volt drain valve which is stuck on Commlink Failure, removed large piece of support screen wire from drain valve, but still receiving commlink failure on one unit, drain does not seem to be actuating at all, first one of these Ive run into, any tips would be appreciated.
