What are the refrigeration pressure with using 134a suppose to be on a Perlick 4420W power pack beer system

That varies with load and ambient temp. Especially with a cap tube system. Fully loaded the high side will be about 15 to 20 degrees over ambient. By using a thermometer, vapor/pressure chart, and ammeter you can come close. But you have to make sure the condenser is clean and has adequate air flow.

at 75-degree ambient temp 9.5 low 120 high
at 90 – degree ambient temp 10 low 150 high
at 105 degrees ambient 10 low 180 high
