SCE275 Scotsman Commercial Ice System
My machine is letting to much water in and keeps giving a water error.

Need more information! How do you know it is letting in too much water? Is there a filter system installed with less than 5 micron filter? How old is this machine?
The water indicator on the controller is a red LED. is it flashing (and number of flashes) or is it solid. If solid, your solenoid valve may be leaking. Or, the water sensor is dirty. It uses Infared light through the stem to indicate.
90% of ice machine problems are due to inadequate cleaning. always start with a full cleaning with the manufacturer’s ice machine cleaner. Attention to detail is important. And the manufacturer’s cleaner is important to protect your evaporator from etching.
