Water leak?
Hello. New to the site. I have a True TDD-3 dispenser. Serial number 1-3180552. The issue is with water lying in side on the base of the unit. I have checked the drain hose and it appears to be in good shape. I can’t see the hose behind the inside however. While looking inside, I pour water into the drain and I am able to see the water but it doesn’t appear the be leaking. The water does travel through the hose into the drain. Any ideas where the water is coming from? I have tried drying the base out completely and then is reappears. I know it’s not a lot to go on but any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanx. Tom

With top evaporator machines like this it is important that the drain pan under the evaporator is intact and level. Also that the suction line is fully insulated to prevent condensation from dripping down. Most beer coolers like this are on wheels and any movement when it is in service can cause water to spill out of the drain pan under the evaporator into the fan housing and leak into the box. They also corrode the pan over the years and leak.

Does it have the glass doors for bottle use?
